We are hiring a Compensation and Benefits Specialist !

What does a Compensation and Benefits Specialist  do at Anadolu Efes?

• Analyses costs and competitive trends in cash compensation and benefits programs and identifies the company`s position,
• Supports the  C&B activities, including job evaluation, base salary review and adjustments across all functions\locations,
• Within the approved guidelines, prepares proposals on salary changes for new hires, promotions, transfers,
• Organizes, supports job evaluation processes in order to ensure that all jobs are evaluated and graded in a consistent and correct way in line with Job Evaluation Methodology and Job Evaluation Procedure,
• Supports developing C&B package for different projects (ex. tutorship, variable part for blue collars, etc). Analyzes, creates and develops, measures risks and costs and confirms it with C&B Manager,
• Calculates ad prepares data for salary increase and annual bonus,
• Manages Relocation process, working and residence permits of expats,
• Supports planning of global benefits programs and works with local HR Managers to ensure appropriate regional/local design, global consistency, competitiveness, governance, compliance and best practices.

What are the qualifications we look for in a Compensation and Benefits Specialist  at Anadolu Efes?

• Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics,
• Master's Degree in relevant field is an asset,
• 0-2 years experience  (Compensation & Benefits in a multinational company in a similar industry is an asset)
• Ability to work well with cross functional teams,
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• SAP HR module and BW knowledge are preferred,
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially strong command of MS Excel is required,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
