What does a Talent Acquisition Specialist do at Anadolu Efes?

 

  • Proactive sourcing and head hunting to find the best candidates, to create a talent pool.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job add platforms, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and providing a positive impression of the company.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in recruitment databases.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with hiring objectives.
  • Follow and apply industry trends and best practices related to recruitment and employment.
  • Cooperate with employer branding team to support recruiting programs.
  • Participating in projects within the company that support Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, and shaping recruitment strategies accordingly in this direction.
  • Supporting management in the design and development of TA policies, guidelines, methods and tools.

 

 

What are the qualifications we look for in a Talent Acquisition Specialist  at Anadolu Efes?

 

  • Bachelor's degree from a related department,
  • At least 2 years experience in talent acquisition, especially in recuitment
  • Hands-on experience with end to end recruitment; having know how about various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Highly result-focused, ambitious to succeed,
  • Can build and maintain well established & credible relationships with relevant parties in & out of the organization,
  • Can quickly adjust and work in a highly diversified and challenging work environment,
  • Can demonstrate practical and out of box approach in problem-solving,
  • Can approach job specifics as projects and demonstrates project management skills,
  • Fluent in English.
