INVESTOR RELATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for a Investor Relations Manager for our team.

Qualifications

• Having Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or related fields,
• Capital Markets Activities Level 3 License and Corporate Governance Rating License are required,
• 8-10 years of experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance or investment analysis preferred,
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English,
• Communicate effectively with business units, solution-oriented and proactive,
• Good presentation and reporting skills,
• Without any restrictions on traveling abroad.

Job Description

• To ensure effective information flow to domestic and international investors and analysts:

           Preparing investor and financial results presentations,

           Keeping the company website up-to-date,

           Organizing briefing sessions to inform investors and analysts, and conducting teleconference meetings to discuss periodic financial results,

           Responding to meeting requests from investors,

           Participating in international conferences and roadshows.

• Preparing special circumstance disclosures,
• Supporting the preparation of quarterly reports,
• Ensuring the General Assembly meeting is conducted in accordance with current regulations, the articles of association, and other internal company policies, as well as preparing the relevant documents for the meeting,
• Managing relationships with rating agencies regarding the company's rating activities and addressing related information when request,
• Contributing to the company promotional materials used in corporate communication activities,
• Providing support in investor relations activities for other publicly traded companies within Group when necessary.
