We are looking for an HR Specialist / Assistant Specialist to join our Talent Management team with following responsibilities;

•    To provide necessary support in assigned Talent Management processes (employer branding, talent acquisition, career management, performance, learning and development,  employee engagement, etc.),

•    To actively participate in the design and management of assigned processes,
•    Good stakeholder management,
•    Actively participate in internal and multi-company projects.


We are looking for the following requirements;

•    Undergraduate Degree,
•    Advanced level of English,
•    Min 1 years of experience in HR (especially in Talent Management),
•    Active learner, always looking for new ways to excel the current way of working,
•    Good command of Microsoft Office Programs,
•    Using related SAP modules and Success Factors effectively is an asset.
