General Qualifications;

•    Bachelor's degree in especially Economics and Administrative Sciences, Foreign Trade and Logistics departments or other relevant degree,
•    At least 3 years of experience in Foreign Trade and Logistics operations,
•    Proficient of Foreign Trade and Customs legislation,
•    Proficient in international contracts, incoterms and payment terms,
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
•    Good knowledge of SAP,
•    Good knowledge of MS Office programmes,
•    Excellent planning, organizational, written and verbal communication skills; strong follow-up and reporting aspect, goal-oriented, problem solving and analytical thinking skills  willing to work in teams and not hesitant to take additional responsibility for the success of the team,
•    Located in Mersin.

Responsibilities;

•    Carrying out foreign trade, customs and logistics processes in coordination with the relevant departments,
•    Preparation of documents and system entry of information in foreign trade, customs and logistics operations,
•    Ensuring information flow with domestic and international suppliers and customers,
•    Maintaining commercial relations with the suppliers and other business partners,
•    Making improvements in logistics processes to increase customer satisfaction,
•    Following up all invoice processes related to the department and making system entries,
•    Ensuring archive order and reporting in accordance with YYS criterias.
