If you also:
- hold a Bachelor’s degree from Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences or Engineering,
- have at least 2 years of experience in dealer management, preferably in the automotive sector,
- have strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- can easily adapt to a dynamic business environment,
- are proficient in MS Office applications,
- have a driver’s license and actively drive,
- have no restrictions for travel,
- and have a good command of English,

What will you do when you join us?
- Coordinate, supervise, and report dealer sales activities within the scope of dealer management.
- Work in coordination with dealers to prepare periodic sales forecasts and ensure the realization of targeted sales.
- Create annual sales programs and update them as needed according to market conditions, guiding production and planning processes.
- Contribute to the achievement of market share targets by determining sales strategies and pricing policies and communicating them to dealers.
- Monitor dealer guarantees and financial risks, follow up on collections, and ensure timely information flow to relevant departments.
- Visit dealers regularly within planned visit programs and prepare visit reports.
- Collect and report market information and competitor insights.
- Support dealers in developing fleet sales and key customer portfolios.
