Job Description:

  • Prepare daily, periodic, and ad-hoc reports required within the department,
  • Gather and consolidate information from relevant team members and share it with related functions,
  • Manage calendars of department executives, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring timely follow-ups,
  • Ensure effective coordination and communication with other departments and external stakeholders,
  • Support and monitor internal and external communications of department executives,
  • Manage phone traffic, correspondence, document flow, and archiving processes in an organized and timely manner.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for departmental documents, contracts, and reports.
  • Contribute to improving administrative processes and efficiency within the department.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a related field,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large corporate or holding company structure supporting department heads or senior executives,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with knowledge of Excel,
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
  • Strong planning, organization, and time management skills,
  • High sense of responsibility, proactive and solution-oriented,
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent the department professionally.
