Job Description:
- Prepare daily, periodic, and ad-hoc reports required within the department,
- Gather and consolidate information from relevant team members and share it with related functions,
- Manage calendars of department executives, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring timely follow-ups,
- Ensure effective coordination and communication with other departments and external stakeholders,
- Support and monitor internal and external communications of department executives,
- Manage phone traffic, correspondence, document flow, and archiving processes in an organized and timely manner.
- Maintain an organized filing system for departmental documents, contracts, and reports.
- Contribute to improving administrative processes and efficiency within the department.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from a related field,
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a large corporate or holding company structure supporting department heads or senior executives,
- Proficient in MS Office applications, with knowledge of Excel,
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken,
- Strong planning, organization, and time management skills,
- High sense of responsibility, proactive and solution-oriented,
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent the department professionally.
