KEY OBJECTIVE
To own and drive the end-to-end product vision of all digital channels, primarily the website and mobile app, by designing exceptional user experiences that convert demand into sales, prioritizing impact driven initiatives, and directly contributing to sustainable digital growth.
This role is for a highly capable, hands on Product Owner who thinks like a customer, acts proactively, sets clear priorities, and relentlessly drives outcomes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading cross-functional teams to deliver best in class digital service for our customers.
Product Ownership & Vision
- Own the end to end product management of the website and mobile application
- Define and continuously refine the digital product vision, roadmap and success metrics
- Balance user experience excellence with commercial performance and conversion objectives
- Translate business goals into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories
UX, Customer Journey & Conversion Excellence
- Deeply understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points by thinking and acting like a user
- Analyze end-to-end customer journeys and identify friction points and improvement opportunities
- Design and drive UX and conversion optimization initiatives across all digital touchpoints
- Ensure all developments meet high UX standards, usability principles, and design consistency
Prioritization, Delivery & Execution
- Build, maintain, and rigorously prioritize the product backlog based on impact, effort, and business value
- Make clear trade offs and set priorities in fast moving, multi stakeholder environments
- Work closely with marketing, technology, sales, and operations teams to ensure alignment
- Own delivery from discovery to go-live, ensuring high quality, speed, and accountability
Data, Experimentation & Optimization
- Drive data informed decision making using analytics, martech, and product performance tools
- Lead A/B testing, user testing, and experimentation frameworks; document hypotheses, learnings, and outcomes
- Track post release performance of features and continuously optimize based on results
- Turn insights into clear action plans and measurable improvements
Digital & MarTech Enablement
- Leverage digital tools and martech platforms to enhance personalization, measurement, and growth
- Collaborate closely with analytics, CRM, and marketing technology teams to maximize digital capabilities
- Ensure clean measurement, tagging, and reporting across digital channels
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or other related disciplines
- Advanced proficiency in English
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital product management, UX, or similar roles
- Strong expertise in UX principles, user centered design, and conversion rate optimization
- High level of digital and martech know how (analytics, experimentation, personalization, CRO tools, etc.)
- Highly analytical and data-driven decision-maker
- Detail oriented, disciplined, and systematic with strong execution rigor
- Proven ability to set priorities, make decisions, and move initiatives forward decisively
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset, someone who “gets things done” and removes obstacles
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
