What Kind of Candidate Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering or other relevant 4-year programs,
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in international sales and proven team management exsperience,
  • Preferably experienced in the FMCG, food, or manufacturing industries, particularly within production-oriented companies.
  • Preferably experienced in Key Account Management,
  • Experience in international chain retail or private label sales is an advantage,
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,
  • Strong knowledge of export operations and foreign trade regulations,
  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and relationship management skills,
  • Analytical mindset with strong commercial acumen and a result-oriented approach,
  • Innovative, proactive, dynamic and eager to work with different cultures,
  • Strong planning, follow-up, reporting and coordination skills,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications,
  • No restrictions for international travel.

 

What Will You Do as a Export Sales Manager at Anadolu Etap Beverage?

  • Manage planning, organization and operational processes to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth in existing international markets,
  • Manage Key Account customers; strengthen long-term business relationships and create new growth opportunities,
  • Conduct research on new products, new markets and new customer opportunities; perform market and competitor analyses to identify risks and opportunities,
  • Contribute to shaping the company's sales strategy,
  • Conduct pricing and cost analyses before each new season; coordinate end-to-end with production, procurement and logistics teams to manage customer agreement processes,
  • Ensure seamless coordination between all internal departments to fulfill customer requests accurately, completely and on time,
  • Communicate customer complaints to relevant departments and ensure timely resolution,
  • Coordinate customer sample processes with Factory, Quality and Logistics teams; track sample results and provide necessary feedback to customers,
  • Monitor and manage customer payment and collection processes in line with company policies,
  • Prepare, manage and regularly report the international sales budget and its performance,
  • Monitor international market trends; translate company objectives into country-, region- and customer-specific targets,
  • Work closely with production, supply chain, marketing and quality teams to ensure smooth operational flow,
  • Professionally represent the company at international fairs, customer visits and overseas business meetings.
