ANADOLU KAFKASYA – FINANCIAL AFFAIRS MANAGER

We are looking for a Financial Affairs Manager for our Group Company Anadolu Kafkasya (Georgia-Urban Enerji Ltd.), to be based in Tbilisi, Georgia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• 10 to 15 years of experience in finance roles,
• Knowledge in financial control and reporting (IFRS), accounting and tax regulations,
• Experience in corporate finance and energy industry is preferred,
• Advanced level of English (intermediate level of Russian is a plus),
• Excellent communication and team working skills,
• High level of analytical and strategic thinking skills,
• Strong leadership and team management skills,
• Ability to adapt to changing financial environments and business needs.

Job Description

• Involvement in the preparation of monthly and quarterly consolidated financial statements and management reports in IFRS basis,
• Overseeing the budgets and financial forecasts, and managing financial planning processes,
• Cash flow management,
• Managing external and internal audit processes,
• Aligning financial strategies with business goals and to provide strategic financial advice,
• Understanding of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements,
• IT proficiency (understanding in financial software and systems).
