If you also:
✅ have a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or a related field,

✅ are fluent in English (written and spoken),

✅ have minimum 5 years of experience in audit firms or finance departments of industrial/manufacturing companies,

✅ have at least 3 years of experience at one of the Big Four audit firms (preferred),

✅ have in-depth knowledge of IFRS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis,

✅ are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused,

✅ have advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint),

✅ and are based in or open to relocating to İstanbul/Kocaeli,

What will you do when you join us?

🔹 Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with IFRS, Group Accounting Policies, and Turkish GAAP.

🔹 Lead financial forecasting and planning processes, aligned with the company’s strategy and market dynamics.

🔹 Support top management with strategic financial insights, detailed budget presentations, and scenario analyses.

🔹 Monitor budget-to-actual variances, highlight critical deviations, and ensure budget discipline.

🔹 Provide clear and actionable ad-hoc financial analysis.

🔹 Continuously improve budgeting and reporting processes while enhancing internal control mechanisms.

🔹 Plan and monitor operational expenditures effectively.

🔹 Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver data-driven performance insights.
