KEY OBJECTIVE
The Growth & Insights Supervisor is responsible for managing the company’s data ecosystem, designing data architecture, enabling reporting infrastructure, and driving growth through data-driven decision making. This role leads growth and customer value management, CRM activities, insights generation via analyses and hypotesis testing, customer segmentation, KPI tracking, loyalty programs, and decision support systems across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leading the Growth and Insights team, a diverse group of talented professionals.
Growth
- Responsible for base customer revenue growth and re-rental rate.
- Designing and running customer journeys, running campaigns and planning communications to ensure growth.
- Creating customer lifecycle and segmentation strategies.
- Designing and optimizing churn, cross-sell, upsell, and retargeting scenarios.
- Designing and managing the loyalty programme.
- Designing CRM automations, journeys, and A/B testing structures. Leading system design projects accordingly.
- Running CRM operations.
Insights
- Generating hypotheses, testing, and transforming data into insights.
- Monitoring data trends, detect anomalies, and translating insights into proactive, growth-oriented actions.
- Designing and optimizing data architecture to support business growth and data quality.
- Shaping data models, dashboard requirements, and BI roadmaps. Guiding system integrations in collaboration with IT teams.
- Defining, tracking, and optimizing KPIs across departments. Developing and maintaining strategic and operational dashboards and reports.
- Identifying manual reporting processes and driving automation initiatives,
- Supporting strategic planning and budgeting processes with data-driven insights.
- Researching and implementing new BI, CRM, and analytics tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Growth-minded, proactive, and highly business-savvy.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and reporting frameworks. Can guide design.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools and CRM / marketing automation platforms is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to question data and build hypotheses.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience in automotive, telco, e-commerce, or financial services is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in growth, customer value management, CRM, Business Intelligence, or analytics-related roles.
- Prior team management experience is preferred.
