If you also:

Hold a Bachelor's degree from Faculties of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Engineering or similar fields
Have at least 3 years of experience in international sales, export, distributor or dealer management
Have an excellent command of English and preferably a second language (Russian or BMCS)
Are proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
Have strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Can easily adapt to technological and market changes
Have no travel restrictions for the Schengen region
Have a driver’s license and actively drive
Are result-oriented, open to learning and inclined to teamwork


What will you do when you join us?

🔹 Develop and implement annual export sales plans and strategies to achieve regional targets.
🔹 Establish and expand the distributor network in Eastern European markets.
🔹 Support distributors in preparing business plans, sales targets and incentive programs.
🔹 Plan and conduct regular distributor visits to provide operational and commercial support.
🔹 Manage the order process from order intake to delivery, coordinating specifications, financing details and warranty processes between distributors and headquarters.
🔹 Analyse markets, customers and product performance to increase market share.
🔹 Closely monitor and analyse competitors and market trends.
🔹 Coordinate distributors’ communication and marketing plans to strengthen brand awareness and sales performance.
🔹 Maintain continuous communication between distributors and Anadolu Isuzu headquarters regarding product development and market needs.
🔹 Follow and participate in international bus and commercial vehicle exhibitions.
🔹 Guide and support distributors’ teams to achieve key performance indicators.
