Job Description

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring IT governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Coordinating and facilitating IT governance committees and working groups.
• Conducting IT governance assessments, audits, and reviews.
• Measuring and monitor IT compliance.
• Identifying and reporting on IT governance issues, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Providing guidance and advice on IT governance best practices, methodologies, and tools.
• Managing IT governance projects and initiatives.
• Supporting IT governance training and awareness programs.
• Communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders on IT governance matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering, MIS, or relevant fields.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in IT Service management, IT governance, risk management, compliance and audit.
• A certification in IT governance, such as COBIT, ITIL, CISA, CGEIT, or CRISC is preferred.
• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks, IT services process, standards, and regulations.
• Experience in Vendor Management & Procurement is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent command of verbal and written English.
