Job Description:

• Performs audit engagements in line with audit plans throughout the company's domestic and international operations and subsidiaries by applying professional standards,
• Identify key risks and controls within business processes, review and evaluate overall internal controls to determine the reliability and integrity of financial and operating information,
• Review, analyze and assess the compliance of operational and financial activities with the laws, regulations, relevant legislation, internal strategy, company policy/procedures and other internal regulations during the audit activities by considering effectiveness and efficiency aspects,
• Conducts follow up audits to ensure that the management actions are implemented timely,
• Assists projects/consulting assignments as per defined scope to support the management in achieving the organization objectives and mitigation of risks.
• Reports the audit observations within given timelines and develop value added recommendations.
• Prepares and organizes working papers with adequate documentation showing nature, scope, results of examination and evidence of findings in line with IA Quality and ISO Requirements,
• Discuss audit findings with management in closing meeting.
• Performs other job-related duties, special projects and management reporting as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business-related fields,
• 2-4 years work experience in internal audit,
• Advanced level of proficiency in English.
• An analytical and problem-solving mindset with an attention to detail
• Strong reporting, analyzing and presentation skills,
• Having strong multi-tasking and planning skills,
• Ability to work with deadlines and use own initiative with a positive can-do attitude,
• Technology and computer skills, with the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), SAP
• Ability to travel both in Turkey and abroad,
• Preferably having CIA, CISA and CRMA certification will be an asset.
