If you also:
✅ have a degree from Economics and Administrative Science, Engineering or similar fields,

✅ have at least 3 years of experience in similar jobs and requested field experience,

✅ have excellent command of English and proficiency in a second language (preferably French and Italian),

✅ have advanced knowledge of computer software, including Excel and other MS Office programs,

✅ have strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills,

✅ easily adapt to technological changes,

✅ are able to travel frequently to relevant regions and countries,

✅ can drive actively,

What will you do when you join us?

🔹 You will develop plans and strategies to achieve annual export sales targets.

🔹 You will establish a new distributor network.

🔹 You will consult distributors regarding their activities, business plans, and incentive programs to support their growth plans.

🔹 You will plan and realize regular visits to distributors in order to provide the necessary support from the factory.

🔹 You will initiate, collect, place, and follow up on the order process from order to delivery, and intermediate between the company and distributors regarding specifications, financing details, or after-sales warranty offers.

🔹 You will create and apply strategies to increase market share through analyzing critical products and customers in the related markets.

🔹 You will closely follow up on and analyze competition.

🔹 You will manage distributors’ communication plans in order to increase brand awareness and sales success.

🔹 You will provide constant communication between distributors and headquarters about new products for continued product development.

🔹 You will follow up on and participate in specialized international bus exhibitions.

🔹 You will lead and develop the distributors’ team to achieve critical performance indicators.
