KEY OBJECTIVE

To lead and manage end-to-end marketing processes in line with brand strategies, business objectives, vision, and mission by deeply understanding customers, building strong brand perception, driving qualified traffic and acquiring new customers.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Leading the Marketing team, a diverse group of talented professionals.

 

Customer Understanding & Market Intelligence

  • Develop a deep, data-driven understanding of customer needs, behaviors, and expectations across touchpoints
  • Conduct and manage brand perception and customer insight research, analyze findings, and translate them into actionable strategies
  • Monitor local and international market trends in the rental and other related sectors
  • Track market activities, communication strategies, and media investments; prepare competitive analysis reports
  • Work closely with sales and operations teams to capture campaign briefs and align marketing actions with commercial priorities

 

Brand Strategy & Brand Perception

  • Define and manage brand communication strategies aligned with overall brand positioning
  • Ensure all marketing activities are fully consistent with brand strategy and visual identity
  • Build and manage the brand’s visual world, tone of voice, and messaging across all channels
  • Plan and manage brand events, sponsorships, and 360° integrated marketing projects
  • Coordinate PR and media relations activities together with external agencies
  • Manage all BTL communication materials, from concept to production
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and creative/media agencies

 

Traffic Generation & Awareness (Online & Offline)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize offline and online media plans in line with communication KPIs
  • Manage awareness and engagement-driven digital initiatives aligned with conventional communication strategies
  • Oversee social media communication activities and content strategies
  • Lead display advertising and creative video production across digital platforms
  • Drive qualified traffic to web and mobile platforms via SEO, paid media, and content marketing initiatives
  • Manage digital media accounts and performance optimization
  • Plan and execute SEO strategies for all web platforms

 

Conversion, Performance & Growth

  • Own new customer acquisition KPI.
  • Own performance marketing strategies within the e-commerce framework, including paid social media advertising
  • Manage content marketing initiatives aligned with conversion and growth objectives
  • Prepare and present comprehensive performance marketing and analytics reports

 

QUALIFICATIONS

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  • Minimum 6 years of marketing experience (digital marketing and mobile applications knowhow is a plus)
  • Proven ability to develop strategies for brand awareness, customer acquisition, and product marketing—and execute them effectively
  • Strong understanding of both digital and conventional media channels
  • Hands-on experience in campaign management and performance tracking
  • Strong command of digital analytics and marketing tools
  • Curious, innovative, and always up to date with industry trends
  • Strong budgeting and financial discipline in marketing investments
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Analytical, proactive, research-oriented, accountable, and a strong team player
  • Advanced level of English
  • Preferably experienced in managing and leading teams
  • Preferably experienced in both B2C and B2B marketing environments
  • Preferably has international marketing or multi-country market experience
  • Preferably experienced in PR and media relations
