If You Also;
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience.
- Proficient in English (B2 level).
- Class B Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge and experience in both field and office audit practices.
- Experience with ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
- Proficiency in ergonomic risk assessments and development of ergonomic improvement projects.
- Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation.
- Experience in emergency response planning and implementation.
- Skilled in reporting nonconformities identified during field audits.
- Strong organizational, planning, coordination, and teamwork skills with a results-oriented mindset.
We also expect you to have strong time management skills, be a good team player, adopt a people-oriented approach, and be eager to learn.
What will you do when you join us?
- Conduct field inspections and report nonconformities
- Prepare annual work plans, training programs, and evaluation reports.
- Perform ergonomic risk assessments and prepare reports.
- Develop and submit monthly and annual occupational safety performance reports.
- Ensure implementation and follow-up of Occupational Safety Committee decisions and organize related meetings.
- Ensure the proper use of personal protective equipment and compliance with standards across departments.
- Carry out hazard and risk assessments, develop and update legal documents, and provide training and awareness.
- Evaluate subcontractor companies’ occupational safety performance, deliver training, conduct audits, and follow up on permit-to-work systems.
- Investigate occupational accidents and near misses, and organize corrective action plans.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 45001 Quality Management System and support certification processes.
- Lead initiatives and projects to improve the occupational safety culture within the company.
