We are looking for the Budget & Reporting Executive who will work on new projects, improve our process and leave a mark on the future!

 

How do we portray the ideal candidate?

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering from a reputable university
  • Min 7-8 years of experience in the field of controlling and/or financial planning & analysis
  • Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and figures, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the big picture
  • High sense of responsibility and ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Advanced level of MS Excel knowledge is required
  • Experience in SAP CO-PA, BPC will be preferable
  • Excellent command of English

 

What will you be doing as the Budget & Reporting Executive at Adel?

  • Responsible for financial planning, controlling and analysis
  • Support coordinating the annual budget (sales, costs, investment, expenses) in line with defined Adel objectives, fulfill necessary revisions during budget period
  • Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results monthly and communicate them along with actionable insights
  • Responsible for producing accurate and timely management reports, including P&L analysis, sales analysis, variance analysis by country, category and brand,
  • Preparing product costs for future periods
  • Preparing financial analysis, feasibility studies for the relevant business unit,
  • Provide financial guidance on key initiatives and financial support to sales teams in decision-making processes such as pricing, profitability analysis etc.
  • Advising on financial implications and consequences of business decisions and communicating financial data to leadership team
  • Improve tools and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy in reporting, budgeting and analysis
  • Contribute to the business planning process executed centrally, through the analysis of the business, trends and economic situation
  • Monitor and evaluate financial information and its impact on business
  • Support in making presentations and analyzing financial results
