We are looking for the Category Executive who will work on new projects, improve our process and leave a mark on the future!

How do we portray the ideal candidate?

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields from a reputable university (master’s degree is preferred)
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in brand and product management
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• A collaborative team player with a creative and entrepreneurial mindset
• Advanced command of MS Office applications
• Possesses a valid Class B driving license and is open to travel
• Residing on the Asian side of Istanbul or willing to relocate

What will you be doing as the Category Executive at Adel?

• Develop and implement the category strategy in line with marketing objectives, including product positioning, pricing policies, distribution channels, and promotional activities
• Monitor category performance and assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies by analyzing sales data, revenue growth and reporting insights
• Coordinate with R&D teams and both domestic and international suppliers for product development projects; conduct profitability and feasibility studies
• Oversee the timely and goal-oriented planning and production of all printed materials related to the product/brand groups (packaging, brochures, catalogs, point-of-purchase materials, etc.)
• Collaborate with relevant departments to define the main category price indexes and provide insights to the pricing team
