We are looking for a HR Specialist who will work on new projects, improve our process and leave a mark on the future!

How do we portray the ideal candidate?

• Having at least 3 years of experience in related HR functions,
• Ability to think technologically and embrace digital solutions,
• Fluent in English, both writing and speaking,
• Advanced skills in educational technologies and e-learning tools,
• Strong time management and reporting skills,
• Strong communication and negotiation skills,
• Preferably familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

What will you be doing as a HR Specialist at Adel?

• Driving and contributing to various projects related to candidate experience and recruiting operations,
• Suggesting new ideas for improving talent acquisition and staffing activities,
• Acting as a brand ambassador at events like career fairs and campus recruitment events,
• Admins LMS programs and assigns learning paths to employees,
• Active role in Human Resources projects, contributing to the improvement of all Human Resources activities and processes,
• Participates in employee engagement, internal/external communication and employer branding processes,
• Develop, implement, and follow up on measurement and evaluation tools that will be used to evaluate and develop training programs,
• Managing and developing Internship and MT programs.
