If You Also;

✅ Have graduated from Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering
✅ Have a good command of English to follow technical documentation and communicate effectively with teams
✅ Are interested in the mechanical layout and packaging of vehicle electrical & electronic systems

✅ Preferably have experience in CATIA V6 / 3DExperience for part and assembly design

✅ Have experience in or a strong interest in 3D cable design and routing for electrical harnesses, including the safe installation of cables on the vehicle using mounting and fastening elements

✅ Are interested in in-vehicle placement, mounting principles, and packaging of electrical and electronic components
✅ Are proficient in MS Office programs

✅ (For male candidates) Have completed military service

✅ Have strong analytical thinking and systematic problem-solving skills

✅ Are comfortable working in cross-functional teams with strong coordination skills

✅ Closely follow automotive technologies, new vehicle architectures, and industry trends

What Will You Do When You Join Us?

🔹 Perform mechanical layout and packaging designs of components and harnesses within the scope of the Electrical & Electronics Systems Directorate, in line with vehicle requirements

🔹 Perform 3D cable and routing designs for electrical harnesses, ensuring that cable layouts are compatible with the vehicle architecture and support sustainable design solutions

🔹 Consider interactions between different systems and modules, working in close coordination with relevant teams to ensure overall system compatibility and integrated design alignment

🔹 Develop 3D layout and harness routing solutions by considering interactions between components, ensuring safe and feasible designs

🔹 Support the Harness team through 3D designs of electrical harnesses and related components, enabling predictable cable lengths and branches to prevent cost losses

🔹 Design the required brackets, fasteners, and carrier structures (frames) for mounting electrical and electronic components on the vehicle

🔹 Define material selection and manufacturing methods for designed parts and follow up on production processes

🔹 Analyze benchmark and competitor solutions from both technical and cost perspectives, identifying improvement opportunities

🔹 Actively contribute to design improvement activities aimed at increasing quality and reducing cost

🔹 Carry out designs in compliance with general automotive standards (ISO 2768, ISO 16750-3, ISO 17840, etc.) and AIOS-EES design standards

🔹 Prepare and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM), technical documentation, and design reports
