If you also:
- hold a university degree, preferably in Electrical, Electrical-Electronics, Automotive or Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields,
- have at least 2 years of experience in wiring harness production and R&D departments, preferably in the automotive industry,
- have practical knowledge in the configuration and management of production machines such as CC36SP, Delta 240, B300, TT Press, P107, EVSJ1, Wezag, SM-152PT, KTR-10, Minic III, B240, MS 9480S, and Rennsteig,
- have knowledge in assembly processes and automotive hygiene and safety standards (ISO 16750, IPC/WHMA-A-620, SAE J-1939, etc.),
- communicate fluently in English and strong in strategic and analytical thinking,
- have experience in production planning and quality processes,
- proficient in MS Office and SAP; (preferably) knowledgeable in CATIA or VeSys Harness,
- have strong communication skills and inclined toward interdisciplinary coordination,
- have skills for teamwork and leadership,

What will you do when you join us?
🔹 Planning, coordinating, and executing daily operations within the production and rework center
🔹 Preparing detailed wiring harness design drawings and generating Bills of Materials (BOM)
🔹 Organizing and assigning daily tasks to production personnel
🔹 Setting up and managing configurations of production machines (e.g., cutting, crimping) according to work orders
🔹 Training machine operators on usage, preventive maintenance, and quality assurance procedures
🔹 Collaborating with R&D hardware engineers to collect requirements for new designs and modifications
🔹 Documenting and updating process flow diagrams and standard work instructions
🔹 Conducting Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and ensuring continuity in supplier operations
🔹 Ensuring all materials and production methods comply with AIOS and relevant automotive standards
🔹 Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as efficiency and defect rates, and initiating process improvement actions
🔹 Implementing and maintaining continuous improvement methodologies such as Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma
