We are looking for a Indirect Procurement Specialist who will work on new projects, improve our process and leave a mark on the future!

How do we portray the ideal candidate?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related fields
• Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Procurement
• Experience in procurement categories such as Marketing, IT and/or Human Resources
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Proven experience in supplier selection, quotation processes, negotiation and contract management
• Proficient in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, etc.) and advanced MS Excel
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work with ambiguous data and limited resources
• Proactive, adaptable and honest, with strong communication skills and the ability to understand and execute tasks effectively
• Detail and result oriented, with great interpersonal skills and customer-focused approach
• Open-minded and eager to learn new skills

What will you be doing as a Indirect Procurement Specialist at Adel?

• Analyze procurement needs of Marketing, IT and Human Resources departments
• Develop and implement procurement strategies within assigned categories to support the company's overall business goals
• Manage end-to-end procurement processes in line with company policies and procedures
• Lead RFQ / RFP processes, evaluate and compare supplier offers
• Ensure cost optimization in line with budget targets
• Conduct market research to identify new supply opportunities and enhance the supplier pool
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and provide regular procurement reports
• Contribute to the improvement and digitalization of procurement processes
• Demonstrate strong multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
