If you also:
✅ Are a graduate of relevant engineering departments,
✅ Have experience in the automotive industry,
✅ Have experience in team management and can effectively lead people,
✅ Can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams,
✅ Have advanced English proficiency (a second foreign language is an advantage),
✅ Are proficient in MS Office programs, especially Excel,
✅ Hold a valid driver’s license and actively drive,
✅ Have no restrictions for frequent travel,
✅ Are result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership,
✅ Have strong analytical thinking and communication skills, and are a team player,

What will you do when you join us?
🔹 Manage your team and region effectively, ensuring strong collaboration with colleagues and internal stakeholders,
🔹 Conduct on-site supervision of distributor activities, monitor after-sales product performance, and plan improvement actions,
🔹 Review and follow up on distributor warranty reports,
🔹 Analyze technical issues reported by distributors, coordinate remote support with technical teams, and perform on-site interventions when necessary,
🔹 Ensure effective communication between distributors and AIOS,
🔹 Implement and maintain AIOS standards across distributors in your responsible regions,
🔹 Perform regular field visits and share feedback and insights with relevant departments,
🔹 Review tender documents, and perform cost calculations and risk assessments,
