The work you will do at Anadolu Isuzu as “International Service Supervisor’’ will entail; 

• Manages his/her team and to work in harmony with his/her colleagues in order to administer his/her region.
• On-site supervision of distributor activities, monitoring product quality characteristics after sales, reporting and planning actions.
• Examines and follows up the distributor warranty reports.
• Carries out inspection and evaluation according to the fault information received from the distributors, arranges remote support with the support of his/her team and technical team, provides on-site intervention, in case of necessity.
• Provides communication between Distributors and AIOS in the countries under his/her responsibility.
• Provides AIOS standards to Distributors in the countries under his/her responsibility.
• Makes regular field visits and transmits the feedback he/she receives from the field to the relevant departments.
• Examines tender documents, prepares cost calculation and risk assessment.
