If you also:

✅ hold a Bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university,

✅ are a lawyer registered in Türkiye with the Union of Turkish Bar Associations,

✅ have at least 5 years of in-house experience in a law firm or a reputable/international company,

✅ have solid knowledge and hands-on experience in contract and commercial law,

✅ have experience in competition law and personal data protection legislation,

✅ use English fluently and confidently in professional communication,

✅ adopt a solution-oriented mindset and adapt easily to an intense work pace,

✅ have no restrictions for domestic or international travel,

✅ manage your time effectively, work collaboratively, and are open to continuous learning,

What will you do when you join us?

🔹 Provide legal advice to operational units to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and business practices
🔹 Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and provide compliance advice on relevant legal requirements
🔹 Advise on competition law, data privacy, anti-corruption regulations, sanctions, and compliance policies across all operations
🔹 Support the Legal Affairs Manager in developing and implementing compliance strategies, policies, and procedures
🔹 Follow up and report on litigation processes of the Company and its subsidiaries, either directly or through external counsel
🔹 Monitor legal and regulatory developments, assess potential impacts on stakeholders, and support implementation strategies
🔹 Deliver internal trainings to employees on anti-corruption standards, competition law, basic contract law, and data privacy
