If you also:
✅ hold a degree in Economics and Administrative Sciences, Social Sciences, Human Resources Management or Engineering (Industrial, Business Engineering or Labour Economics and Industrial Relations preferred),
✅ have minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources,
✅ have knowledge of Payroll, Labor Law and Social Security Legislation,
✅ are proficient in MS Office and SAP HR applications,
✅ have a good command of English,
✅ have strong planning, reporting and organizational skills,
✅ follow current HR practices and can effectively implement them in your work,

What will you do when you join us?
🔹 Manage payroll and personnel affairs processes.
🔹 Follow all legal regulations related to payroll systems and ensure implementation of updates.
🔹 Ensure execution of legal notifications (Social Security Institution, Turkish Employment Agency, etc.).🔹 Manage post-payroll financial reconciliation processes.🔹 Ensure accurate data entry and control within SAP HR systems.
🔹 Manage and follow up private health insurance and individual pension processes.
🔹 Handle work and residence permit processes for foreign employees.
🔹 Support labor law-related processes.
