If you also:

• Graduated from Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering departments of universities, or from a Vocational School majoring in Mechanical Engineering,
• Have at least 5 years of experience in the Automotive OEM or Supplier industry,
• Can use English effectively in your professional work,
• Have knowledge of SAP,
• Are proficient in using Catia or SolidWorks,
• Have a strong command of MS Office programs,

What will you do when you join us?

• Working in the welded manufacturing and metal parts production processes of Bus, Midibus, and Electric Truck body structures,
• Driving process improvements to optimize existing production processes in terms of cost, space, layout, quality, time, occupational safety, and ergonomics,
• Designing, organizing, and optimizing workflows and production layouts,
• Leading commissioning and improvement projects related to welding fixtures and production tools,
• Conducting process improvement and value stream optimization activities,
• Preparing and maintaining up-to-date work instructions, control plans, and technical change documents,
• Establishing and managing the employee suggestion system,
• Developing and reporting productivity improvement plans,
• Providing solutions related to occupational health and safety,
• Taking active responsibility in production-related projects,
• Supporting prototype production and working to reduce scrap rates.
