Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree from top-tier universities
• 2-3 years of experience (preferably in automotive industry in commercial functions)
• Fluent in English both verbal and written; able to cooperate with different entities/nations.
• High level of planning, reporting and organizational skills
• Endless passion for learning, self-taught, self-motivated, learning agile
• Ability to work effectively within a team and independently off own initiative
• Ability to keep up with the fast-paced working environment and flexible working hours
• No obstacles for domestic and international travels
• Exempt/completed military service for male candidates

The responsibilites you will have at Anadolu Isuzu as “Product Management Specialist’’ will entail; 

• To take a guiding role in product development process from the idea stage of the product to commercialization
• Conducting market research that include surveys, desktop research, making calls, tracking trends and products in the automotive industry
• Manage product marketing strategies of STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning)
• Identifying new market opportunities and deliver the results to the related divisions within the company
• Performing product demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Scheduling training sessions and attending meetings related to product management
• Taking a significant role in new product developments and releases
• Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue.
• Collaborating with the business (sales, marketing) and engineering teams.
• Answering all product-related questions in a polite manner
• Identify opportunities in the market, provide price and profitability strategies, recommend improvements to increase revenue
• To support the determination of domestic and international product range strategies
