If you also:

✅ Graduated from engineering faculties of universities (preferably Mechanical, Mechatronics, Metallurgical and Materials, Automotive Engineering, etc.),
✅ Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry or in R&D, Production, or After-Sales functions,
✅ Possess experience in automotive mechanical systems, chassis, and vehicle electronics,

✅ Are preferably experienced in commercial vehicles such as trucks, buses, or military vehicles,
✅ Are an advanced user of MS Office, SAP, and Enovia programs,
✅ Are familiar with new product launch processes,
✅ Have the motivation to work on multiple projects simultaneously,
✅ Are fluent in English (both written and spoken),
✅ Have experience in team management with strong leadership skills,
✅ Possess strong communication and reporting skills and are a good team player,
✅ Demonstrate a collaborative, dynamic, and solution-oriented working style,
✅ Are result-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills,

What will you do when you join us?

🔹 Monitor the control and reporting processes during the new project, follow up quality control processes of  new product /sample
🔹 Perform the necessary audits to suppliers, ensure that corrective actions are taken
🔹 Follow up product line and rejected parts and manage 8D processes
🔹 Develop and implement projects to improve quality and production efficiency.

🔹 Actively participating in quality problem solving and improvement activities to increase and improve product quality.
🔹 Identify Occupational Health and Safety and Ergonomic risks in Quality Control processes and take preventive and corrective actions.

🔹 Ensuring coordination between Export/Sales, R&D/Production, Production and After-Sales departments on technical issues regarding action items.
