✅ are a graduate of relevant university departments (Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive Engineering or similar),
✅ have experience in the automotive sector (commercial vehicles main and/or supplier industry),
✅ have at least 2 years of professional experience,
✅ have strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills,
✅ have strong communication and representation abilities,
✅ have no restrictions for travel,
✅ can confidently use English in your daily work,

What will you do when you join us?

🔹 Ensure effective communication with domestic (and when required, international) authorized services and distributors
🔹 Monitor authorized service audits and contribute to improving service performance
🔹 Provide technical support to authorized services
🔹 Conduct regular visits to authorized services, identify gaps, and support their development
🔹 Carry out customer visits to ensure customer satisfaction and respond to customer complaints
🔹 Prepare documentation and regular reports
🔹 Review and approve warranty claims submitted by authorized services
🔹 Analyze technical issues reported by services and customers and follow up on solution processes
🔹 Track technological developments and integrate them into business processes
