If you also:
✅ hold a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering preferably),
✅ have minimum 3 years of experience in planning and inventory control within the manufacturing sector,
✅ are proficient in SAP MM/PP and MS Office applications,
✅ have strong organizational, planning and reporting skills (Power BI is an asset),
✅ have strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset,
✅ are able to generate alternative solutions for process improvement and development,
✅ are analytical and innovative with strong problem-solving abilities,
✅ are results-driven with a strong achievement-oriented approach,
✅ have strong planning and follow-up skills,
✅ have a good command of English,
✅ hold a valid driving license and actively drive,

What will you do when you join us?
🔹 Conduct efficiency analysis and evaluations of domestic and European (imported) material inventories.
🔹 Monitor the daily Production–Sales–Inventory report and ensure preparation of month-end closing reports.
🔹 Execute and prepare year-end inventory turnover studies for domestic and imported materials.
🔹 Develop processes to ensure synchronization between material system transactions and physical movements.
🔹 Analyze and report Bill of Materials (BOM) discrepancies.
🔹 Analyze production and engineering scrap reports and ensure execution within defined procedures; organize and coordinate related processes.
🔹 Serve as a team member or leader in digital transformation projects.
🔹 Follow technological developments and implement improvements in Inventory Control and Logistics processes.
🔹 Monitor Inventory Control performance criteria and report monthly by processing data into the system.
🔹 Extract, measure and analyze Inventory Control data, transforming it into meaningful management reports.
🔹 Actively participate in daily, quarterly and annual inventory audit organizations.
🔹 Conduct ISO 9000 and Strategic Planning activities.
🔹 Take part as a member or leader in factory-wide continuous improvement and development projects.
🔹 Follow and implement new technologies to enhance stock control processes.
