We are looking for a teammate who can be a part of our force as a “Italy Service Engineer” on the journey we have set out!

• I hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field,

• I have at least 5 years of experience in after-sales services, technical support, quality processes, and dealer management,

• I have solid experience in after-sales operations,

• I can actively and effectively use both Italian and English in my work,

• I am confident in my problem-solving, process management, and communication skills

As an "Italy Service Engineer" joining Anadolu Isuzu, you will:

• Coordinate after-sales service operations in the Italian market,

• Manage technical communication between Anadolu Isuzu and the Italian service network,

• Follow up and manage the recovery process of out-of-service vehicles via Anadolu Isuzu systems,

• Provide technical support and conduct field visits when necessary,

• Participate in Anadolu Isuzu-led trainings and transfer knowledge to the Italian service teams,

• Visit service points to improve processes,

• Evaluate warranty claims and conduct warranty audits,

• Coordinate spare parts and tender processes in collaboration with Anadolu Isuzu.
