If you also:

✅ Are a graduate of Automotive, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical-Electronics Engineering,

✅ Preferably hold or are pursuing a Master’s degree in a related field,

✅ Have advanced English proficiency (a second foreign language is an advantage),

✅ Have at least 5 years of experience in field technical support within the automotive industry,

✅ Have knowledge of internal combustion engines and electric vehicle systems,

✅ Possess systematic knowledge of vehicle components, their operating principles, and potential failures,

✅ Are familiar with vehicle electronics and CAN-BUS systems,

✅ Have strong diagnosis and problem-solving skills,

✅ Are experienced in using diagnostic systems and tools,

✅ Are eager and capable in system development,

✅ Are a strong team player with excellent communication skills,

✅ Have no restrictions for travel,

✅ Can support the training department when required,

What will you do when you join us?

🔹 Contribute to the development and improvement of the technical support system

🔹 Use diagnostic tools and perform necessary device and vehicle updates

🔹 Detect and interpret fault codes

🔹 Read, analyze, and actively use electrical circuit diagrams as part of fault resolution

🔹 Collect customer feedback, prepare reports, and turn them into internal action items

🔹 Analyze diagnostic test results and technical reports received from suppliers, and manage processes accordingly

🔹 Perform field visits when necessary to ensure fault resolution

🔹 Provide technical training for supported products when required

🔹 Regularly report encountered failures and take an active role in finding permanent solutions

🔹 Participate in component, system, and vehicle software simulation activities, performing fault analysis and reporting
