Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field,

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in a corporate security, military or law enforcement roles,

• Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in security operations including planning and implementing service development strategies,

• Strong proficiency in the application of security policies, tools, and techniques for both personnel and physical assets,

• Skilled in leadership, capable of building and managing effective teams across multiple facilities,

• Proven collaboration skills – can lead internal/external multi-functional teams and meet externally driven deadlines,

• Exceptional communication skills, able to effectively convey information across all levels of the organization,

• Hands-on experience in risk assessments, policy implementation, and security audits,

• Being available to respond to security-related emergencies on a 24/7 basis,

• Professional certifications such as CPP, PSP, or equivalents are a strong plus,

• Extensive field experience enhanced by hands-on involvement in consultancy and security auditing.

The responsibilites you will have at Anadolu Isuzu as ‘‘Territorial and Physical Security Manager’’ will entail;

• Overseeing and ensure the physical and personnel security across three separate facilities, coordinating all security operations effectively

• Developing, implementing, and leading strategic and tactical security plans, aligning with global security standards and company policies

• Conducting and managing comprehensive security audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability analyses for all facilities

• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while protecting company assets, intellectual property, personnel, and operations from potential risks

• Providing leadership to on-site security teams, ensuring their actions align with corporate objectives and local legal frameworks

• Developing policies, standards, and procedures to enhance security measures, including emergency response, travel security, and event security management

• Handling security-related incidents and emergencies, ensuring swift and effective resolutions

• Supporting business goals by implementing best practices, driving continuous improvement, and fostering a culture of safety and security

• Coordinating and overseeing the hiring and payment of security and legal services, managing budgets and purchase orders for these services

• Acting as a key advisor to senior leadership, providing expert consultancy on security risks, compliance issues, and strategic planning

• Providing strategic management, policy design and operational implementation, security contractors & third-party staff management as well as quality assurance for all risk and security issues in order to support the protection of people, assets and reputation

• Collaborating and working in coordination with the AG Operational Resilience and Crisis Management Directorate to ensure seamless integration of crisis management practices across all facilities
