If you also:

✅ Graduated from engineering faculties of universities (preferably Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, etc.),
✅ Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within the automotive industry or in R&D, Production, or After-Sales functions,
✅ Possess experience in automotive mechanical systems, chassis, and vehicle electronics,
✅ Are preferably experienced in commercial vehicles such as trucks, buses, or military vehicles,
✅ Are an advanced user of MS Office, SAP, and Enovia programs,
✅ Are familiar with new product launch processes,
✅ Have the motivation to work on multiple projects simultaneously,
✅ Are fluent in English (both written and spoken),
✅ Have experience in team management with strong leadership skills,
✅ Possess strong communication and reporting skills and are a good team player,
✅ Demonstrate a collaborative, dynamic, and solution-oriented working style,
✅ Are result-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills,

What will you do when you join us?

🔹 Ensure the planning and management of the Process Quality team responsible for monitoring Quality Control processes.
🔹 Guide and manage the team to effectively operate the responsible department and ensure collaboration and harmony between teams.
🔹 Prepare periodic reports related to Process Quality activities, conduct analyses, organize necessary improvement actions, and present them to management.
🔹 Actively participate in quality problem-solving and improvement activities to enhance and develop product quality.
🔹 Lead the team within the scope of new model transitions, carrying out studies on quality control processes and detections.
🔹 Develop and implement projects to improve quality and production efficiency.
🔹 Identify Occupational Health and Safety and Ergonomic risks in Quality Control processes and take preventive and corrective actions.
