If you also:

✅ have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics or Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or similar fields,

✅ have at least 3 years of experience in warranty operations, after-sales services, customer service, or a related field,

✅ have an excellent command of English,

✅ have advanced knowledge of SAP, CRM, Excel and other MS Office programs,

✅ have strong analytical, written, verbal communication and presentation skills,

✅ easily adapt to technological changes,

✅ are able to travel domestically and internationally when required,

✅ can drive actively,

What will you do when you join us?

🔹 You will evaluate warranty claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.

🔹 You will coordinate warranty processes with manufacturers, suppliers, authorized service centers, and internal departments.

🔹 You will monitor warranty costs and support continuous process improvement activities.

🔹 You will prepare and analyze warranty performance reports and share insights with relevant stakeholders.

🔹 You will support the resolution of customer complaints and warranty-related cases.

🔹 You will ensure that warranty operations are carried out in compliance with company standards and contractual requirements.

🔹 You will monitor warranty KPIs and contribute to improving operational efficiency.

🔹 You will maintain effective communication with internal departments and external business partners regarding warranty activities.

🔹 You will support after-sales operations by providing timely and accurate warranty-related information.

🔹 You will follow developments in warranty processes and contribute to projects that improve customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
