We are looking for a teammate who can be a part of our force as a “Spare Parts Export Specialist” on the journey we have set out!

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or engineering faculties from related universities.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of Aftersales Service in Automotive Industry.
• Fluent in English with advanced persuasion and negotiation skills. Second language is a plus.
• Proficient in SAP and MS Office applications (Advanced in Excel, Power Point etc)
• Self-motivation determination in multitasking jobs and projects
• No restrictions for domestic and international travels, driver's license (Active user)
• Strong communication skills, prone to teamwork
• High planning and organizational skills, result-oriented
• Advanced problem solving, analytical and reporting skills.

We expect you to manage your time, be prone to teamwork, approach people-oriented and be open to learn. The workflow which you can chase in Anadolu Isuzu as Spare Parts Export Specialist;

• Continuous coordination and communication with the distributors.
• Investigating, planning and applying sales activities based on the company’s sales policies and targets.
• Management of spare parts order.
• Coordination among warehouses, logistic and distributors to take the shipments out.
• Fulfillment of assigned market’s analysis.
• Visitation of the distributors, inspection of their premises and warehouses, making trainings of system and catalogue.
• Preparation of necessary documentations and reports for workflow.
• Ensuring coordination with related units for technical topics.
• Following distributors debt/credit status
• Chasing tenders in assigned area.
• Taking part of catalogue improvement activities.
