If you also:

Graduated from universities in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical-Electronics, Materials, Industrial Engineering or related Engineering disciplines,

Have a minimum of 3 years of business development experience in the defence industry or automotive sector,

Are proficient in written and spoken English,

Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and reporting skills,

Are a team player with excellent communication skills and results-oriented mindset,

Have strong skills in planning, organizing, and time management,

Are an advanced user of MS Office applications,

Demonstrate strong corporate representation skills and a proactive working style,

Have no restrictions on domestic or international travel,

What will you do when you join us?

🔹 Monitor domestic and international tender processes; prepare offers including cost estimations and risk analyses; present offers to customers and manage follow-ups,

🔹 Conduct cost and price analysis; implement actions to improve efficiency,

🔹 Manage product and service follow-ups throughout the project lifecycle starting from the offer phase; oversee customer relationship management,

🔹 Track international tender platforms regularly to identify suitable business opportunities,

🔹 Conduct market research; analyze opportunities and prepare reports,

🔹 Prepare company and product presentations,

🔹 Establish new international sales channels; identify potential business opportunities,

🔹 Conduct domestic and international customer visits as part of business development activities; offer solutions to customer needs,

🔹 Organize and prepare for participation in domestic and international fairs, conferences, meetings, and events,

🔹 Publish travel, fair, and conference reports after visits,

🔹 Represent the company to potential customers in compliance with relevant regulatory permissions; perform company presentations in Turkish and English,

🔹 Manage customer communication during after-sales activities; direct feedback and requests to the relevant after-sales services department,

🔹 Monitor processes with a focus on customer satisfaction; ensure resolution,

🔹 Prepare preliminary work related to the department budget within areas of responsibility,

🔹 Contribute to the preparation of brochures, content, and similar materials.
