If you also:

✅ have graduated from relevant Engineering departments (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Automotive Engineering),
✅ have at least 2 years of experience in your field,
✅ preferably have project management experience in automotive, defense industry, or industrial manufacturing companies,
✅ have a good command of English,
✅ are proficient in MS Project and MS Office applications,
✅ are systematic, detail-oriented, and result-focused,

What will you do when you join us?

🔹 Analyze project requirements to create and execute project plans,
🔹 Take an active role in defining project budgets through detailed cost analysis,
🔹 Ensure projects are delivered in line with company objectives and within defined timelines,
🔹 Request and track regular updates from assigned project stakeholders (R&D, Quality, and other internal departments),
🔹 Coordinate R&D activities during the design phase in line with the contracted scope agreed with the customer,
🔹 Ensure effective coordination between R&D teams and customers, as well as among internal R&D teams,
🔹 Manage communication with customers and subcontractors through a single, structured channel throughout the project,
🔹 Identify potential issues that may prevent projects from being completed on time or within budget,
🔹 Perform risk management activities to minimize project risks,
🔹 Provide regular project progress updates to relevant stakeholders,
🔹 Maintain close coordination with all stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle,
🔹 Take part in the proposal preparation process, including technical and logistical scope, schedule, cost, and related documentation,
🔹 Contribute to contract negotiations by planning and attending meetings, documenting action items, and following up on decisions.
